Service Description

The Resource and Consultation Services are for the patient/member population. We want to provide a UNIFIED Customer Experience providing outstanding services to the patient/member populations as we do for the providers. We are are a reliable source of contact to assist with many areas of mental disorders, specifically substance abuse disorders and mental health abuse. The RELI-Team provides a mentor like service to encourage change and well-being of those affected by such challenges. Our team provides reminders to this population to ensure physician appointments are maintained and medications are not neglected. We have a team of certified Drug/Addiction and HIV counselors to include a Social Worker who's skilled to cover many areas of Healthcare services.
